• 1/2 bunch of raw Kale
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 1/2 bunch radishes
  • 1 small daikon
  • 1 carrot shredded juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

Chop the kale, onion, radishes, daikon in small pieces.

Combine with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!

Feta cheese or any other cheese may be added.
