- 1/2 bunch of raw Kale
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1/2 bunch radishes
- 1 small daikon
- 1 carrot shredded juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Chop the kale, onion, radishes, daikon in small pieces.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
Feta cheese or any other cheese may be added.
